This kit is built for the 2015 – present, 4WD non-Raptor F-150. It includes a brand new shock built to replace the OEM component in the front, with our proven airbag alternative – SumoSprings – in the rear.
The all-new front shock allows you to keep your factory ride height or add a 2″ lift in the front by using a removable leveling spacer that we built from aluminum to resist corrosion. The rear SSR-146-40 SumoSprings adds a 1,000 lb load capacity (when compressed at 50%) and is the no lines, no leaks, and no maintenance solution.
FRONT SHOCKS — The JBS front shocks feature a twin-tube steel body design which allows for the highest performance while creating the highest level of comfort that a monotube cannot match. Plus they come in signature SuperSprings International blue. We’ve built and pre-tuned these shocks with damper valving that is engineered for loaded and unloaded payloads. The JBS shock runs at lower pressures than mono-tube shocks, so there is far less energy buildup, a smoother and softer ride, particularly on poor or uneven roads. The simplicity of this design allows for top performance with no external reservoir canisters. This is our approach to all our suspension – simple design with better control both on and off road whether loaded or unloaded.
SUMOSPRINGS — These are a maintenance-free suspension enhancement built to create a better journey. Made from micro-cellular polyurethane, they are designed to reduce rear-end sag and increase load carrying ability while decreasing vibration, stabilizing sway, and softening harsh rebounds.
The SSR-146-40 has a 1,000 lb capacity when compressed at 50%. The Blue SumoSprings shouldn’t be compressed past 70% of their original height in order to keep full memory rebound.
Note: With this kit we’re comfortable recommending a larger tire size of up to 33″.

I like it a lot so far. The handling is way better in the steering wheel, way better reaction. Suspension wise very smooth and clean. I can tell the difference between these and the stock struts. I haven't towed with it so I don't have any review on the rear yet.
