Coil SumoSprings are not rubber. They’re from the same material as our other SumoSpring products. A micro-cellular polyurethane that will never require any maintenance and they come with a lifetime warranty.
Because this isn’t a rubber solution, the performance is different. This is a progressive spring that has a soft initial engagement but as more weight is added, the more they push back. This provides support and control when you need it without negatively affecting your factory ride.
How to Install Coil SumoSprings
Installing Coil SumoSprings is very simple. Besides some soapy water, it won’t require any tools to add them to your vehicle. Once the vehicle is jacked up with the wheel slightly off the ground, the Coil SumoSprings easily slide between the coils of your factory suspension. It’s that simple and this can add up to 30% additional capacity to the existing suspension on your vehicle.
