SuperSprings International (SSI) announces new leadership structure & team members
SuperSprings International (SSI) announced today changes to company leadership, including a new reporting structure and team members.
First, SSI has restructured to establish five defined business units, each led by a member of the new Leadership Team. These new business units will be as follows: Marketing – led by Tom Bateman, Director of Marketing. Operations – led by Jeni Chen, Director of Operations. Data & Tech Ops – led by Justin Tevis, Director of Data & Tech Ops. Finance & HR – led by Ryan Dougan, Controller. Sales – OPEN / Director of Sales. All of these business units leaders now report to Adam Weisner, Chief Commercial Officer. Adam continues to report to Gerry Lamberti, who remains the company Chairman and CEO, leading SSI overall.

The newest additions to the Leadership Team are Jeni Chen - who joins SSI as Director of Operations and the newest member of the Leadership Team; and Tom Bateman, who has been promoted in to the Leadership Team as Director of Marketing, building on his already successful 2+ year career at SSI.
