SSI Names Justin Coulter as New Director of Sales

In preparation for continued growth and new business, SuperSprings International has made changes to their leadership team to better align the sales & service team’s direction with the company’s strategic vision. Effective January 3, 2023, SSI has appointed Justin Coulter as the Director of Sales to lead all company growth with a focus on entering new markets.

Based just south of Louisville, KY, Justin is a proven sales professional and leader in the industrial sector with over 10 years of success. Coulter’s most recent accolades come as a top performing business development representative, leading a team of account representatives for an industrial gas and welding distributor in the Louisville area.

Speaking on the leadership change, Adam Weisner, SuperSprings International’s President says, “We’re very excited to have Justin board the SSI rocket ship. Justin and his wife live with their 5-year-old daughter on acreage in rural Kentucky and in their free time enjoy camping and the outdoors. Justin leads a mastermind group in the off-road space that focuses on developing men as husbands and fathers.
