Thank you for your purchase with us. If you are not entirely satisfied, or you don't have the right part, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. During this time, we're happy to exchange your purchase for another product or return it for a full refund.
Please note, any product return after 30 days from the original purchase date is subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.
Here's what you'll need for the order to be eligible for an exchange or return. Products that do not meet the following criteria will not be considered for return.

Warranty items for defective or damaged products are part of our lifetime warranty. On our return page, please select the option for starting a warranty claim.
START A WARRANTY CLAIM
Once approved, we will send a return shipping label to the email you provide for us to receive the item back from you. Sending products back to SuperSprings International without prior authorization or, marking the shipment as “collect” or “bill to SuperSprings International” will result in your return being refused.
If you received a damaged/defective product please notify us immediately to start a return. If your product is in need of a warranty replacement as part of our lifetime guarantee, please see the button above to start a warranty claim.
