Trailer SumoSprings are a maintenance-free suspension enhancement built to create a better journey by reducing G-force in your towable by 68%. Handmade from micro-cellular polyurethane, they are designed to remove sway, hop, & body roll while increasing overall driver control and comfort while towing.
The TSS-107-40 is designed for trailer frames with a GAWR of 3,000-5,000 lbs with the spring sitting on top of the axle tube. The blue SumoSprings shouldn’t be compressed past 70% of their original height in order to keep full memory rebound.
NOTE:
This product is designed to work on most trailers with the springs mounted above the axle. The factory spring plate must not be wider than 4-1/4″. Because of the varying build designs from different trailer manufacturers, there are occasionally some models that this product will not fit. For installation of Trailer SumoSprings the gap between the top of spring plate and bottom of the frame must be between 5.3″ and 6.55″.

Super easy to install. I can already feel the difference.
I wanted to update what I said above about my 2021 JayFeather with offset leaf springs and frame. Super springs reached out and provided me with a solution with the adaptor plate. It’s been working very well for almost 2 years now. Great customer service!!
They Springs really stabilized the front of the vehicle. They were super easy to install and the installation instructions were right on the money.
So far so good, I have not towed the trailer yet.
Easy to install, made an immediate difference.
Great product and easy to install.
Very easy to install and looks like a very well-made part...
I installed both sides in 1 hour. My tow vehicle feels less bumps from the trailer bouncing. The trailer is much more stable in corners and quick lane changes.
Install was easy and works Great.
Truck rear sumo springs is set for contact under load. Much improvement with towing. Sumo spring on travel trailer with continuous contact seems to have a smoother ride. I’m pleased.
The Sumo Springs don’t fit my 2021 Jayco Jay Feather travel trailer due to leaf springs are offset from the frame. I understand that SuperSorings is aware of this. Hopefully they are working on a solution.
38’ Total Length 8k+ lbs Dual Axle Travel Trailer (Tow Vehicle is a Chevrolet 1500 5.3L W/SumoSprings) - Application: Extremely easy and most anyone with a bottle jack and simple ratchet can complete the install in 30 minutes to one hour. - Ride/Comfort: A beyond noticeable difference in ‘chucking’ from rough roads, bridge seems, pot holes, railroad tracks, etc. sent to the tow vehicle (all but disappeared). The side to side is far better and taking on/off ramps keeps the trailer is far more stable. Any purposing from roadway variation is drastically reduced to a 1-2x and back to stable driving, extremely quickly and smoothly. - Noticeable Change(s): The interior objects of the travel trailer stopped moving within the travel trailer and were left in the position where they were at the start of a trip (i.e. toothbrush in a cup in the bathroom never tipped on a 6 hour trip). Less wear/tear to travel trailer and travel trailer items. - Cost Effective: The recent discount codes provided make the small overall investment a safety precaution for protecting the travel trailer springs/suspension and the tires (reduction in tire wear). Overall, any future travel trailer purchases will have these installed as a must, as I have done with several tow vehicles over the past 10 years. The SumoSprings products have never failed me and are easy install items that are maintenance free. A great weapon in the arsenal for recreational vehicle travel for weekend warriors or long haul, over the road, individuals.
