What has been upgraded is 50% more of SumoSprings‘ patented micro-cellular urethane material is used for the new SumoSprings. Thank you for your interest in SumoSprings for your Sprinter! it really depends on how your using your 2500 and what you’re looking to accomplish by upgrading the suspension. If you are looking for a bit more comfort and stability and there is minimal sag, the SSR-330-47 would be more than enough and a major upgrade.
If you’re Sprinter is overloaded and there is excessive sag, then I’d recommend the blue Rebel – SSR-327-40-2. The Rebel is designed for a more heavy duty use.

I have a 2019 Mercedes Sprinter 4×4 170″ WB 2500 that I converted to a camper. My build is not super heavy but I do have a 32 gallon water tank over my driver’s side rear wheel well. Looks like I have one option for the front. For the rear, I’m trying to decide between the black solo 330-47 and either of the newer Rebel springs 327-40-2 (blue) or 327-47-2. Hello, We have a 2006 Sprinter Conversion van. We love our van, however, the vibration during driving on pavement has become unbearable. We feel the vibration through the floor under our feet and through the dash/steering wheel while driving. It has come to the point of wanting to sell it if we cannot find a way to reduce vibration. Not to mention that gravel roads are MISERABLE! Any ideas? Thank you

Hello, I have a 2011 Solera Freightliner 3500 motohome and installed the SSR-338-47. Would the SSR-338-54 or SSA11 work better for body roll on the motorhome?

If you’re looking to keep one of our suspension solutions, I recommend the SSR-338-54. You might also want to look into a Hellwig helper-spring, or a forward-facing sway bar on the rear axle (both of which we do not offer). The SumoSprings are designed to act as more of a supplement, rather than fully control the suspension. We typically only recommend the SSA11 SuperSprings on a commercial application, as this kit would give lift but not really help with the body roll.
We own a 2016 Winnebago View Sprinter diesel. The actual Chassis is a 2015 Sprinter. We have developed some sway as things age. It is now noticeably swaying when parked and in windy / highway situations. Exactly what upgrade would you suggest without overkill. Thanks for your time.

Hello there, I own a 2016 Sprinter 2500 passenger van, I have recently replaced ball joints, struts and shocks and fitted Michelin M+S tires.
However, my van rides hard on the front end, especially over bridge expansion joints and uneven pavement.
I want to buy the best ride improvement possible. i typically carry 5 or 6 people at most.

As I told you in my previous message, my van as a very light load on it
So it does not do any improvement because there is a 1 inch gap before touching the axe

My name is Peter. First off, thank you for trying SumoSprings out! Now, regarding your question, every application is unique, so this does happen from time to time. The Sumosprings Solo kit is designed to leave anywhere from 1/4 of an inch to an inch of clearance between the SumoSprings, and the nearest contact point. The amount of clearance varies, but may be closer to that one inch mark on lighter applications (as you’ve seen with yours). We do have a couple other options available for a 2015 Sprinter 2500 2WD, but in order to recommend the best possible option, is there any way you’d be able to email me a picture of the current set-up?
